Established in 2024 by pitmasters Jon and Rico, Black Bark is a BBQ experience without borders. We don’t have a brick-and-mortar—just smoke, fire, and a passion for bold, no-rules barbecue. Traveling to different locations weekly, we bring our signature smoked flavors to hungry crowds who know that the best BBQ doesn’t sit still.
